Working on new materials for upcoming product offerings. Here's a bundle of cords after they are boiled in the dye baths and rinsed out in cool water. Here you can see both the twisted cotton cable cord and the smooth cotton cord materials hanging up in the laundry room.
It takes about a day or two to dry out these cords in the low indoor humidity. Each color must be untangled after dying as the material bunches up when wet.
