Eight strands of interwoven nylon cord make up a medium size bracelet. The cross section of the bracelet is square making it easy to stack these for a more dramatic effect.

Here is a traditional turks head design done in 3 mm orange nylon. Measures 2 1/2" inside and 1 1/2" wide. Each of the nine strands is drawn up with 3 passes of cord.

This is an 8 strand plaited bracelet made from a single piece of 1/8" cotton-poly cord. The diameter is about 2 1/4" inside making this a medium size for most people.
